TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Haulvalley, SL, hereinafter Haulvalley, with registered office at Calle Miguel Hernández, 25, 46470 Catarroja, Valencia, and CIF B40657678, on the one hand, and the person or entity, whose data reflects at the time of validating the purchase, on the other as a buyer, mutually acknowledging the necessary capacity to bind themselves, sign this SALE AGREEMENT in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions.

1.- Haulvalley sells the specified items to the Customer who is listed as the buyer, the sale being understood as a reservation in favor of Haulvalley, until the last payment of the merchandise.

2.- The payment of the merchandise whose sale is object in haulvalley.com, will be made by the Client to haulvalley, by means of the secure payment systems offered in the checkout of the web, of the entire order.

3.- Delivery: The delivery date of the order indicated by Haulvalley, is estimated and may vary within a reasonable period of time, due to causes beyond Haulvalley, such as manufacturer delay, transportation contingencies or others. In the event that the order is not delivered for any reason attributable to the Customer, the order will be stored again at the Haulvalley facilities. The subsequent transports to the place of delivery will have to be paid again by the Client. The Client will receive the order in the place that Haulvalley has indicated for that purpose.

4.- Disconformity: The Customer will review the status of the order at the time of receipt. If it notices defects, damages, blows or incorrectness in the order, it will indicate it to the transport agency and will communicate it to Haulvalley in the same act of the reception. In this case, Haulvalley will repair or replace the defective merchandise in the shortest possible time.

The Client's lack of observations at the time of delivery is equivalent to his full compliance with the merchandise received.

Withdrawal: The customer may withdraw from the order within the legally established deadlines exclusively if there is a real disagreement with the merchandise received and will manifest it at the time of delivery. In such case for the reimbursement of the same in the stipulated legal term, the client will bear the transportation costs, and will send the article to Haulvalley who, once received in our facilities and verified that the state of the same is optimal, we will proceed to refund of the value of the item, never of the transport.

Haulvalley will not admit any rejection for the following reasons:

a) .- Manifestation of the disagreement after the legal term.

5.- If, as a consequence of the misuse of the merchandise, it is necessary to repair it, at the request of the buyer, even during the warranty period, it will be removed from its address, sending the furniture to the manufacturer for this purpose, returning it to the buyer's address once repaired in the shortest possible time. In this case, the customer will pay the cost of the repair to be received by the manufacturer and the transportation, both for pick-up at home and for delivery.

6.- The warranty period of the items whose sale this contract refers to, is the one expressed in Law 23/2003 of July 10, published in the Official Gazette of July 11, 2003, and its Initial computation is the date of the purchase invoice.

To demand the guarantee requires the presentation of a document justifying the purchase. The warranty does not cover defects caused by knocks, scratches, misuse or normal wear of materials. The cost of any Haulvalley service not covered by the guarantee will be borne by the Client, including travel.

7.- Transport and shipping: You can see the preparation times of each item along with its availability. Most items have a 24/48 lead time. It is even possible that your order will be shipped the same day if it only includes products with immediate shipping and has been paid before noon.

The delivery time will depend on the selected transport company and the destination country. Please note that the times indicated are approximate and correspond to working days, excluding weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays.

8.- All communication with the Client regarding this order may be made by post, email, burofax or by notarial means. For communication purposes, including procedural ones, the Client designates the addresses indicated in the order. All communication sent to the addresses included in the order will be understood to have been correctly carried out, except if the recipient had previously notified Haulvalley of a change of address prior to sending the order.

9.- Haulvalley and the client expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia any litigation that is a consequence of the need to enforce this request, or the interpretation of any of its clauses.

10.- Haulvalley informs the client that it has a file with personal data called "General Database of Company Administration".

The recipients of the information are all the departments, premises and associated entities in which Haulvalley is organized, as well as the official bodies that by law request the transfer of the data. The person in charge of the Database is Haulvalley.

To exercise the rights of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation, the client must write to Haulvalley, S.L. at his home at Calle Miguel Hernández, 25, 46470 Catarroja (Valencia).

By virtue of this communication, the client EXPRESSLY CONSENTS AND AUTHORIZES HAULVALLEY to process the data that he has voluntarily assigned, in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13, limiting this authorization to compliance. of the purposes directly related to the legitimate functions of the selling company, in the areas of its departments and collaborating entities, as well as the transfer to the appropriate public and private official levels, necessary to achieve its objectives.

The client expressly consents to the transfer or communication of the data included in the aforementioned file, to Haulvalley, in order that it may process their personal data to send them offers and advertising messages by any system, referring to the products and services it offers in the sector in which it operates.
